Amigo Sugar Olena 8-14-09 | AMIGO SUGAR OLENA (
Sugar)
Bay Roan Mare AQHA # 3678543 FQHA # AP2168 This mare is 89.84 % Foundation Sired by Caballo Amigo Man Her dam is Junes Sugar Lena, who goes back to Doc Olena Sugar was purchased from Chris Vinton of Whitman, Neb at the Roy Cleveland Sale five years ago. She had a blue roan stud colt on her side at that time , Classy Amigo ,and has raised three fantastic colts since that time. The next one was a bay roan filly, Pats Cowan Valentine, by Pat's Favorite Roan and this spring she foaled an outstanding dun roan stud colt, Ropendally, and a red dun roan stud colt, Ropen by Two by Zan Eyed Jack, a Zan Parr Bar grandson with Two Eyed Jack in his lineage also. This mare breeds and foals easily and is quiet to handle. We really like the foals that she puts on the ground. Zan and Sugar have done it again....on May 5th, they produced a gorgeous red dun roan stud colt, who is going to be a roan also. This is the third exceptional stud colt that we been blessed with , the older two are now fabulous geldings .. Sugar was bred to Zan on May 12 and 13, 2009 just before Zan's tragic death. We had her ultrasounded and found she is carrying one of Zan's last babies. She should foal on or about April 16 or 17, 2010. All of our babies by him are more than outstanding in our eyes. There are no words that can describe our feelings for this one of a kind stallion and his produce. May he live forever thru the kids he's produced....... Sugar has her latest baby....see below!! |

(Dally)
Dun Roan Stud Colt AQHA # 5054428 Sire: Zan Eyed Jack, Zan Parr Bar Grandson Dam : Amigo Sugar Olena This precious baby was born May 12, 2008. He is exactly the result that we hoped for when we bred these two horses. Zan is the ultimate stallion in every sense of the word and Sugar throws great minds, playful dispositions and just plain WOW colts. This baby is so easy to work with, and he's got a sweet attitude. He is extremely athletic and loves attention. Dally spent a couple of weeks with Gary Laux, (who starts all our colts for us) getting used to the idea of the Parelli 7 games . He's very willing and eager to please. Gary even sat on him a few times, Dally didn't seem to mind at all. Gary will work with Dally again in the summer of 2010, putting on the miles of trail rides and just being handled in the way that Gary does best! This colt was measured at 14.2 hands on his first birthday..... |

| IN LOVING MEMORY OF THE GREATEST
STALLION EVER!!!
ZAN EYED JACK AQHA # 2895139 FQHA 1990 Red Dun Stallion Owned by 4 M Quarter Horses, The Darrell Mowen Family of Baylis, IL Stan is riding Zan Eyed Jack at a roping practice. In our eyes, this stallion is the ultimate, he not only ropes with Darrell, both heads and heels, takes really good care of Darrell's daughter, Bailey, and also sires some of the most outstanding foals that we have ever encountered. Can you tell we are prejudice? We own three of Zan's sons, Zans Red Rooster, and Ropendally and Ropen by Two.. She was bred back to Zan on May 12 and 13, is ultrasounded in foal for an early April 2010 baby.

JACK EYED SOROCA RED (Jack) Gray Gelding AQHA # 3025344 Sired by Jack Eyed Rocky Dam is Socora Gray Lady Jack was purchased several years ago from Rick Hinton of Canton, Mo as a heading horse for Stan. This guy is worth his weight in gold. He was foaled on May 16, 1991 and has taken Stan to many, many victories in the roping arena. He has been used at open jackpots as well as participated in USTRC ropings . Stan has also sorted on Jack, loaned him to some young girls to use him as a jumping horse, he will take the most novice rider on a quiet trail ride, will do barrels and poles at the fun shows, and is super easy to do anything that you wish with him. We haven't found anything that he isn't good at yet. To view another video of Jack, go to INDOOR ARENA on the home page and click on HORSES PLAYING. |

Who Chips a Boon ( Chip)
Chip 03-08-09
He's Ready to start this heeling thing..... Chip 12-31-09 | We have a new addition to our family:
WHO CHIPS A BOON AQHA # 4768252 Sorrel gelding Foaled 4-10-2005 Sired by Who Gives a Chute by Roping Chute Out of Chip a Boon by Boon Bay by Boon Bar Diane purchased Chip from Sam Schwieter of Shelbina, MO at the Macon Mo. Horse Sale. When Diane first saw Chip, Sam was riding him in a very crowded arena with no bridle, doing sliding stops, turns and spins. He's the perfect size the Diane, she doesn't even need the trusty bucket to get on. This guy has lots of bells and whistles,
We've recently been putting Chip to work sorting cattle, he loves it and we're finding out where all those bells and whistles are fitting in....wow....this one is just plain fun....

Rebel | REBEL
Paint Gelding Rebel is the absolute perfect horse in every way. Stan learned to rope and sort on him. They won everything that you can win together. They were inseparatable, Rebel encountered a leg injury which has led him to a well deserved life of leisure in the pasture. He keeps things in line out there. Rob used Rebel to sort off of and won tons of awards on this gelding. Like we said-WHAT A GELDING |
